Before we can execute the production proccess we will need the full design file. Providing us with high resolution artwork can help reduce development lag times and speed up the entire production proccess, resulting in a faster and more accurate
delivery.
Note: We accept the following file formats : (.AI, .PSD, .CDR, .PDF, .JPG, .PNG, .PCT)
1.) Once the client has submitted all of the artwork, our in-house design team will analyse all provided assets making minor modifications where needed. If larger changes are needed the client will be contacted and given the option to
resubmit their artwork or correct issues via our design team.
2.) Once the artwork has been approved, the order will be sent for screen creation. Once screens have been created they are inspected for any minor dots or colour bleeds, in the rare case such issues are present the screens will be
remade immediately.
3.) Once the screens have been inspected and have passed our rigorous inspection proccess, the printing team will analyse the dye type and number of hits required. Afterwards, High Qulity Plastisol, Water-Based Dyestuff or Pigments
will be applied on to the screen and printed on a test cloth. If the print meets internal standards, the remaing batches will be printed. Each printed garment is carefully inspected after printing to enusre a high level of standard.
4.) Once all the garments have been printed they are left to cure and are tested to prevent against cracking as well as being tested for durability. We strive to gaurantee that 99.9% of all garments printed will not crack or break for
the life time of the garment.
5.) Upon completion of the previous steps a final stringent inspection proccess is carried out to ensure all garments have met interal quality standards and ensure there are zero errors.
6.) The garments will then be ironed and packed individually into poly bags and securely packed ready for dispatch.
We strive for client satisfaction by maintaining our selves inline with international printing standards.
