Most of the tshirts we manufacture falls for sports events fall into sublimation printing, this is because sublimation works best with polyester.
Sublimation printing works best on the polyester tshirts a colour gradient is present over the entire garment.
Sublimation Prints also have excellent durability on the garment as it completely bonds with polyester.
1.) Once the client has submitted all of the artwork, our in-house design team will analyse all provided assets making minor modifications where needed. If larger changes are needed the client will be contacted and given the option to resubmit
their artwork or correct issues via our design team.
2.) Once the artwork has been approved, the order will be sent for screen creation. The designs will be sent for printing where we print out the designs using the latest techonlogy available.
3.) Once the artwork has been inspected and have passed our rigorous inspection proccess, the printing team will analyse the colour accuracy and begin prototyping.
4.) Once all the garments have passed testing we will begin bulk production.
